Position Overview:
A Seattlebased ecommerce company is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the creative vision across brand channels. This individual will be responsible for concepting and executing compelling marketing and advertising assets that span digital video print and social. The role demands a designforward leader with a sharp eye for aesthetics a passion for brand building and experience managing teams and complex campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated campaigns across web video social print and outofhome media.
Develop digitalfirst creative that differentiates the brand in a competitive consumer landscape.
Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing merchandising and product teams to ensure creative aligns with strategic goals.
Define and evolve visual systems for product launches and brand initiatives.
Oversee a team of digital designers and collaborate handson to produce highimpact assets.
Serve as the lead creative reviewer for email campaigns banner ads paid/organic social and more.
Develop art direction and concepts for brand photo and video shoots.
Drive experimentation and storytelling across emerging social platforms like TikTok Reels and Instagram Live.
Manage and maintain brand identity guidelines and design templates.
Ensure consistency and quality across all consumer touchpoints.
Maintain and evolve the internal brand book in alignment with marketing goals and seasonal needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field.
5 years of digital design experience in a consumerfocused or ecommerce environment.
5 years of team leadership or creative management experience.
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills including executive presentations.
Deep understanding of digital and print typography layout and branding.
Proven experience art directing still and motion content production.
Familiarity with creative AI tools is a plus.
Strong collaboration and project management skills across departments.
Full Time
