About the Role:

Introduction: As an ABM Manager at Wunderkind you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team focusing on driving marketing strategies tailored to key accounts. Your expertise will help us enhance brand visibility and accelerate business growth by developing personalized marketing campaigns aimed at engaging specific customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute accountbased marketing plans for Enterprise and SMB accounts aligning with the sales team to ensure targeted and cohesive strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts decisionmakers and critical influencers.
  • Create customized marketing content and messaging for various platforms such as email campaigns webinars events and digital advertising.
  • Launch hyperpersonalized multichannel marketing campaigns for key priority accounts as decided upon with the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and strategies providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively ensuring maximum ROI on ABM initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest ABM tools technologies and trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in accountbased marketing B2B marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in creating Email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketo or similar CRM and email automation platforms.
  • Prior experience in the SAAS sector.
  • Familiarity with SEO content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with 6sense or other ABM platform

The base salary range for this role is $80000 to $95000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
