What we are looking for:

Yazaki is looking for anAccount Managerto join our Sales team inCanton MI. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and actiondriven environment making lasting impacts on the organization. This position is hybrid.

What you will be doing:

• Lead commercial interface to USOEM Customer (Purchasing Product Development) for responsible program.
• Manage all aspect for quote activities (new or existing business) including working with cross functional team develop quote approval customer submission to purchase order issuance from OEM.
• Define customer needs and ensure that requirements are communicate throughput the organization.
• Develop and maintain appropriate customer relationship.
• Act as Yazaki ambassador knowledgeable on Yazakis product offering and trends.
• Support Finance organization in customer collection related issues and resolve problems.
• Track program open issues regular cadence with buyer and ensure timely closures of open issues.
• Ensure all internal deliverables complete in timely manner (program reviews financial reviews).
• Support customer visit to manufacturing facilities and offsite meetings as requested by OEM.
• Work with global team members as required.

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Account Management
• Commercial experience in wire harness preferred
• Travel: domestic and international as required
• Ability to resolve issues by applying creative thinking
• Ability to think and act logically under pressure
• Ability to resolve issues or propose resolutions to responsible parties
• Must work independently and collaboratively
