Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
New Business Development Identify and secure new clients in the medical staffing sector.
Client Servicing Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Market Research Stay ahead in the medical recruitment industry.
Candidate Management Source assess and place top healthcare professionals.
Relationship Building Develop longterm partnerships with both clients and candidates.
