Shift: Monday Friday 8:15 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (ET) On call Availability Up to 30 Travel

The Associate Product Manager plays a critical role in supporting the development marketing and lifecycle management of medical devices including but not limited to product development support Sales team collaboration market research and analysis product lifecycle management regulatory and quality support and financial and strategic oversight. Candidates with a background in Biomedical Engineering Biology or a clinical field are encouraged to apply. Additionally individuals with strong project management skills effective communication an analytical mindset and a technical understanding would be wellsuited for this role.

How you will contribute to LifeNet Healths success:

The Associate Product Manager develops market/product strategies and tactics as well as interfacing with commercial partners to drive regulatory approval and implementation. Responsible for providing field support product development support and engaging in customer events.

What youll do:

  • Provides ongoing support and collaborates with representatives of LifeNet Health key opinion leaders and Alliance partners regarding product material development issues of product performance and product quality improvement. Provide support to end users field representatives and client services staff by providing presentations focused on increasing product knowledge and clinical application/operational training.
  • Implements tactical strategic and annual marketing plans to include short term midterm and longterm goals and objectives for the respective product. This includes situational analysis of the market and products revenue forecasts competitive analysis and identification of key opportunities and threats. Evaluate the productmarketing plan and make recommendations to ensure compatibility with LifeNet Healths mission.
  • Develops and implements key marketing collateral materials clinical education programs and other marketing activities using PowerPoint and other multimedia tools to help support the branding of the product line with our customer and partners. This may involve collaboration with external resources including alliance partners and/or medical professionals.
  • Works closely with R&D teams to support new product development and launch efforts; this includes validating new product design functionality and clinical applications with customers as well as implementing marketing and sales plans. Provide support and corrective action plans to maintain corporate objectives.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams in the resolution of challenges and roadblocks.
  • Implements pricing and product offering strategies based on customer needs and processing feasibility.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders in the surgical community relative to the product to aid in new product development and positioning of current product lines.
  • Attends activities associated with the coordination of tradeshow and professional society meetings pertaining to the respective product. May require handson activity within an operating room setting.

What youll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelors degree
  • Valid state drivers license
  • Two 2 years of work experience within the medical field and/or marketing

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/ university: Business Marketing Healthcare or related field
  • AATB Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (AATB CTBS)
  • One 1 year of medical sales or marketing experience
  • Knowledge of operating room procedures

Salary: $75841 $101121 annually

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidates qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $75841 annually (entrylevel qualifications) to $101121 annually (experienced in this role).

* Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
