In this role you will provide comprehensive support across various departments within the Revenue Cycle Business Unit ensuring operational fluidity and highquality service delivery. Your daily activities include directing visitors handling phone inquiries with exemplary etiquette and managing information release according to policy. As a Business Services Float youll tackle both routine and complex administrative tasks from sorting mail to charge entry for clinic and hospital services. You will also be instrumental in maintaining an organized work environment by sorting scanning and filing documents and ordering supplies as necessary. The position requires readiness to handle emergencies resourcefully demonstrating problemsolving skills that contribute directly to patient and staff satisfaction.
