Job Description

As the Global IT Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the organizations global technology strategy overseeing IT infrastructure and leading the digital transformation journey. This senior leadership position will require you to manage a global team develop cuttingedge IT solutions and ensure the alignment of technology with business objectives across all regions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
- Experience within the financial services or risk management sector is advantageous
- Proven track record of managing successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications in IT management cybersecurity or relevant fields (e.g. CISSP ITIL PMP) are a plus
- Proven experience as an IT Director CIO or in a similar senior IT leadership role with a global reach
- Extensive experience in IT strategy operations and digital transformation across multiple regions
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure cloud technologies enterprise systems cybersecurity and data governance
- Expertise in risk management compliance and regulatory requirements related to global IT environments
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels
- Ability to think strategically while driving practical operational solutions
- Experience with managing largescale budgets and vendor relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
