Roles and Responsibilities :
*Working on direct Engineering/Finance client requirements on a day to day basis.
*Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
*Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals references headhunting networking sites.
*We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
*Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on Direct Clients.
Candidates Profile:
*Minimum 6 months 3 years of Experience in US Staffing.
*Good understanding of Engineering terminology and US staffing industry.
*Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation
*Must possess excellent Communication interpersonal analytical skills flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
*Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
