Job Intro

IOTA developed an advanced ledger that moves beyond Blockchain to effectively address the challenges of scalability energy resource requirements and data security as well as transaction fees.

With this groundbreaking architecture the open-source Tangle ecosystem is designed to become the catalyst for new economic systems and business models enabling a convergence of several key vertical industries including supply chain mobility and automotive eHealth as well as smart energy/connected cities.

As a Tech Recruiter Web3 you leverage your expertise in finding and assessing unique talent to help IOTA grow and thrive. You will drive end-to-end recruitment of diverse roles with a strong focus on Engineering and Web3 expertise.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Coordinate the hiring process from search to offer stage ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to schedule interviews gather feedback and keep everyone aligned and up to date.
  • Conduct high-impact first-round interviews that effectively assess core competencies motivation and role fit driving subsequent pipeline quality and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously build relevant expertise on IOTAs technology culture and the broader DLT/Web3 ecosystem enabling deeper alignment and more informed hiring decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Operational mindset driven to keep processes moving anticipating roadblocks and delivering results efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers candidates and colleagues.
  • Comfortable using tools and data to optimize hiring workflows. Familiar with ATS systems pipeline metrics documentation and AI-based tools.
  • Genuine curiosity for both people and technology: excited by IOTAs mission and driven to understand the humans powering decentralized change.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • Experience hiring for Web3/ DLT roles particularly in protocol-level engineering.
  • Participant in Web3 communities (e.g. Discord Twitter GitHub) or familiarity with how talent moves and engages within the ecosystems.
