About the opportunity
This newly created role within our Technology and Transformation division which is charged with the transformation of our business and the running of our technology systems. Reporting into the Head of Change Business Analysis and Delivery Excellence in Enterprise Delivery our project delivery team responsible for turning our strategy into reality through quality customer focussed endtoend delivery.

In this role youll get to
- Define and execute the vision for the Business Analysis practice aligning it with organisational goals.
- Partner with portfolio and program heads to prioritise analysis efforts ensuring the most critical initiatives get the focus they need.
- Support our shift towards ensuring agility in our delivery and analysis practices and consistent ways of working.
- Identify early what could go wrong and get in our way and effectively target appropriate mitigations. Make sure that risks are known understood owned and their mitigation and acceptance is explicit.
- Understand the connection of financial management to benefits realisation. Define and connect benefits measures to outcomes. Understand the connection between benefits and business analysis and ensure your team draws a clear line of traceability from benefits to requirements/user stories.
What youll bring to the role
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Deep expertise in business analysis frameworks methodologies and tools (e.g. BABOK Agile BA BPMN).
- Proven experience in developing BA capabilities upskilling teams and embedding best practices.
- Led and mentored senior analysts fostering high performance and career growth.
- Experience managing analysis efforts across multiple projects and programs with a focus on aligning work to organisational priorities.
- Skills in using data to inform decisionmaking track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency at building relationships across business and technical teams with the credibility to influence senior leaders.
