The Role
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the scheduling of services and staff within across InHome aged care services and programs. This role is responsible for ensuring timely effective and efficient delivery of care to consumers while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
This role involves leading the daytoday scheduling processes allocation of staff to clients and optimising service delivery to improve consumer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Operations Manager Scheduling and Allocations is critical in driving a culture of best practice innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimise resource allocation and ensure consumer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the care team to understand their availability skills and preferences facilitating optimal staff assignments.
Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in consumer needs staff availability and operational requirements.
Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment encouraging open communication and problemsolving among team members.
Lead motivate and develop the scheduling and allocations team to foster a positive collaborative and highperformance best practice culture.
Support team performance through effective workforce planning development and management.
About You
To succeed in this role you must possess a Tertiary Qualification in Health Business Administration Management or a related field and must have a minimum of 5 years experience in community disability aged care management or related program along with the following skills:
