Position: Operations Assistant Manager (Pasig) Onsite
Work Location: Pasig (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible (aiming for next week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service including post-sale technical and non-technical support for various customer segments such as business clients and end consumers.
- Remote Customer Support: Assist customers via phone online chat or messaging handling high volumes of simple inquiries and resolving issues typically in an office setting.
- Distribution Center Customer Support: Offer assistance at distribution centers product return/repair facilities or walk-in service points acting as a liaison between customers production and logistics teams for specific orders.
- Offer both technical and non-technical support in walk-in environments.
- Note: Compensation does not depend on sales targets; rather incumbents at this level possess advanced knowledge participate in or lead the development of new solutions or projects and share best practices with colleagues.
- Lead and coordinate daily operations contributing to the development of policies processes and standards within a tactical and operational scope.
- Manage a team comprising Specialists and Support staff across the employee lifecycle providing guidance and oversight including supervising lower-level specialists and acting as a single point of contact for complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Valid passport (willing to undergo a two-week immersion in Greece)
