Job Summary
The Account Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients in the printing industry. This position is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction fostering longterm retention and driving revenue growth by overseeing seamless project identifying opportunities for additional services and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Supporting the accounts of multiple Senior Sales Representatives the Account Manager works closely with production and customer service teams to ensure highquality ontime delivery of printed materials.
