NMTs expertise in endoscopic device development combined with Isometrics marketleading micromolding capabilities are transforming the future of drug delivery and medical device technologyincluding minimally invasive surgical instruments and surgical robotics.

We are currently seeking a Controller to join our Finance Department in New Richmond WI. This fulltime exempt position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records supporting operational excellence and driving strategic decisionmaking through financial insights and leadership. The hours for this position are during core business hours 8AM5PM MondayFriday.

• Oversee financial reporting including journal entries account reconciliations and internal controls.
• Train mentor and supervise Accounting Accounts Payable Payroll and Credit/Collections staff.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance on accounting policy development and implementation.
• Manage sitelevel treasury activities including cash disbursements and customer credit.
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate product costing and analyze key cost drivers.
• Maintain and enforce internal controls in compliance with JSOX standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to New Richmond financials and controls.
• Manage regulatory compliance for the New Richmond site.
• Support Corporate Finance and leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and support to crossfunctional departments as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial reporting preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP; knowledge of IFRS and multicurrency consolidations.
• Strong cost accounting skills and experience with PercentageofCompletion accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and business intelligence systems is preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and interact with senior leadership.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in business structure (e.g. mergers acquisitions divestitures).
