This is an outstanding career opportunity if you have your sights set on taking the next step in your career to become an Assistant Manager / Manager Business Services Accountant with our client.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager Business Services Accountant who is able to lead of a team of accounting professionals (on and offshore).
In this role you will take full ownership and responsibility of your client base while working closely with your colleagues on other business projects and priorities set by the Partners.
If you have already had a minimum of 5 years experience in Public Practice within Tax Compliance and Advisory Services this could be your next step.
Youll be looking at the big picture encompassing all entities companies partnerships trusts and SMSFs.
If you are serious about being the next recruit in this great firm you will:
Be a highlevel manager or supervisor capable of managing and driving fees for the firm with Partner guidance
Have a client centric mindset able to build and develop meaningful proactive relationships with clients
Have extensive experience managing leading and mentoring a team
Be a proactive decision maker not a passive accountant
Have charisma and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Have a minimum of 5 years tax experience in an Australian accounting practice
Have extensive experience managing a portfolio of clients
Have appropriate accounting CA or CPA qualifications
Have outstanding MS Office skills and experience across a range of accounting software systems
A competitive salary range is of $115000k $145000k) on offer to attract and retain candidates
