responsible for the timely and accurate processing of frontend payroll and attendance management of retail employees. The individual will work with businesses service providers and other professionals in carrying out their responsibilities.

Job context: The Human Resources function plays a businessenabling role in any organization. This role is further accentuated in the ABFL context wherein multiple business lines and panIndia teams operate in the inherently talentintensive Financial Services space thus leading to diverse business stakeholder and employee constituent requirements.
The individual will work with HR management within the Company and thirdparty service providers.

KRA1 | Employee onboarding | Responsible for onboarding employees in Poornata system and providing Poornata ID to the Retail HR stake holders. Responsible to create employee ids in Biometric on day one. |
KRA2 | Front end Attendance & Leave Management | Managing attendance management. Responsible for employee movement capture transfer tracker. Preparing & Validation of every month active list of retail employees for attendance. Sharing Active list with respective Brand MIS and ARMs for attendance. Ensuring attendance is received from all Brand MIS. Validating and Consolidating the attendance shared by Brand MIS (Master roll). Sharing the attendance with Vendor & Compensation team for payroll processing. Employee Leave ManagementTracking monthly leaves and updating in leave master. Calculation leave balance on monthly basis. |
KRA3 | HR Operational activities | Responsible for addition in system. Periodic update on Management changes (ARM/AHR) in the data base. Coordinate with external vendors for trouble of attendance and any other operational and technical challenges for resolution. Employee transfers (Employee internal transfers communicating with business HRs for transfer letters Biometric changes).

Validation of consolidated incentive / BYB / Attendance and all payroll inputs received by Business stake holders. Preparing payroll calendar with Vendor basis the calendar month. Providing payroll inputs to the vendor within the SLA. Validation of draft pay register received from the payroll vendor and rectify the errors to ensure accuracy in salary payouts. Supporting vendor to ensure all the invoices are submission through E forms within the agreed timelines to ensure payouts on time. Ensuring salary is release on time by end of every calendar month. Verifying monthly ECRs on PF and ESI. |
