About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented Scientist Officer to join our team supporting the production and supply of lifesaving cardiovascular tissue grafts. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare innovation while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support: Assist in the manufacture and supply of cardiovascular tissue grafts ensuring high standards of quality efficiency and accuracy throughout the production process.
Record & Documentation Management: Support the Product Manager in maintaining accurate and uptodate records files and procedure manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Quality Assurance: Participate in ongoing quality monitoring and improvement initiatives to uphold the integrity and performance of the products produced.
Confidentiality Commitment: Ensure the confidentiality of all donor and recipient records adhering to strict privacy and security protocols.
Flexible Support: Be ready to participate in outofhours and weekend work as part of an oncall roster once fully trained ensuring continuity of production and quality control.
About you
Tertiary qualification or substantial experience in Health or Life Sciences with knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.
Strong attention to detail able to follow procedures and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent time management skills able to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of surgical aseptic techniques and experience working in a sterile or clean room environment.
