The Difference You Will Make:

You will significantly enhance the effectiveness of leadership events within the Technology organization by designing and facilitating engaging content tailored to the unique needs of senior leaders. Success will be measured through tangible outcomes such as improved leadership engagement actionable followup from events and the development of highperforming teams ultimately driving organizational efficiency and addressing key business challenges. By building a collaborative community among technical leaders and fostering trust and accountability this position will play a crucial role in transforming leadership practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

A Typical Day:

  • Design create content facilitate leadership events and workshops for the Technology organization focusing on unique needs and business objectives
  • Drive change by project managing follow up activities after each event to ensure the organization and leaders act on commitments
  • Partner with technical leaders to understand organizational gaps and design experiences to unlock insights to drive leadership actions
  • Organize events/forums to bring senior leaders together to identify business challenges and develop actions to address business needs
  • Build a community among senior individual contributors across the technical organization through development of offsites and technical forums
  • Collaborate with leaders and their talent partners to design and deliver trust building interventions to help build high performing leadership teams
  • Understand ways of working across Tech and develop actions for improving efficiency across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders SMEs senior leaders and external consultants.

Your Expertise:

  • 12 years of experience applying academic knowledge to real world challenges with demonstrated experience delivering tangible impact in multiple practice areas
  • Significant experience coaching senior technology leaders.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills and an ability to engage audiences in workshop and offsites both in person and virtually synchronously and asynchronously
  • High degree of executive presence including responsiveness business focus integrity sound judgment and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
  • Curriculum and program design experience specifically designing Leadership programs for tech audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of learning science and learning experience design applied within technical organizations.
  • Track record of delivering unique and creative learning experiences that achieve outstanding learning outcomes.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders across multiple groups and geographies.
  • Datadriven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity change and experimentation a willingness to iterate
  • Strong understanding of Technology organizations and how technical organizations operate.
  • Hands on design content creation and facilitation of workshops with audiences in excess of 100 attendees to enable positive cultural impact.

Your Location:

Due to the nature of this position the successful applicant will need to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to be able to conduct their work. Currently employees can not be located in: Alaska Indiana Nebraska North Dakota Ohio South Dakota Wisconsin Alabama Mississippi Oklahoma Delaware And Rhode Island.
