In this role you will be responsible for Structural Design of Buildings Managing Projects Site Visits.
This position is a CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM role that is a long term need for my client. This role can be worked hybrid.
Qualifications
- Must be able to visit existing client facilities and active construction sites 12 times a month)
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Required
- P.E. Certification is Required
- Must be Proficient with both AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with RAM Structural Systems ENERCALC or other suitable computer aided design software Preferred
- Industrial/Distribution/Logistics building type experience or the desire to work on those types of projects Required
- Knowledge of Structural Design with a variety of building materials: steel concrete precast concrete tiltup concrete masonry coldformed steel framing and familiarity with construction details & requirements for each. Experience with special foundations and deep foundations of various types Preferred
- DesignBuild experience or the desire to work in that environment required.
- Full understanding of current building codes and regulations applicable to the projects including but not limited to: ICC ASCE ACI AISC AISI TMS FM Global
