We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to join our team. This is a midlevel fulltime position located in Vadodara Surat Navsari Vapi Gandhidham or Junagadh. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work experience in direct sales with a strong understanding of the banking medical and financial services sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional sales skills (mandatory skill).
- Strong marketing knowledge to support sales plans and initiatives.
- Experience in field sales particularly within the financial services or banking sector.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales can be an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
