Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process order forms references and input customer information into the computer system on new lease agreements
Maintain the image of the showroom floor counter area and bathrooms
Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide
excellent customer serviceTake proper payments from customers and update
information in the computerAssist the Sales Manager with marketing efforts and to sell at a high level to ensure that monthly sales goals and growth objectives are achieved; including managing web leads and Facebook account for store
Delivery setup and pickup of merchandise
Other tasks as assigned by management; including but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Neat professional appearance
Well organized ability to multitask good computer skills
Patience and empathy
Effective communication and problem solving skills
Willingness to learn take direction and listen
Must be a people person and have a warm friendly attitude; excellent customer service
Class E license within 30 days of hire
Must be at least 18 years old good driving record able to pass a background check and drug test excluded)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalency preferred but not required
Able to lift load and dolly merchandise
