Successful candidates may be eligible for up to $10000 signing bonus and up to $5000 of relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
Reporting to the Manager the Vascular Diagnostic Technologist will provide a variety of vascular testing modalities. The position will involve shift work and oncall services.
Graduate of a recognized Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Program or equivalent with Vascular Specialty
Current (or eligible) for registration with NSCMIRTP
Current credentialed member of Sonography Canada as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
Current CPR Certification
Recent clinical experience in a nonInvasive Vascular Lab is preferred
Ability to maintain good relationships with patients families and coworkers
Ability to work with minimum supervision on a consultative basis within the health care team
Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
Ability to adapt to flexible workload and stressful situation
Competencies in other languages an asset French preferred
