The Opportunity
Were seeking a seasoned and forwardthinking Senior Vice President of Glendower Group and Asset Management to lead a vital part of our organizations work. This is a highimpact leadership role where youll oversee housing development construction and asset managementdriving growth performance and innovation across our real estate portfolio.

Youll lead a talented team of Vice Presidents across Construction Development and Asset Management ensuring that our projects not only meet the highest standards of excellence but also support our longterm mission and financial sustainability.

As SVP youll lead strategy and across real estate development construction and asset management for Elm City Communities and The Glendower Group. Youll guide a team of senior leaders ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and in alignment with our mission.

Youll oversee the full development lifecyclefrom feasibility to construction closeoutwhile optimizing portfolio performance and exploring new revenue opportunities. With a strong entrepreneurial lens youll drive operational efficiency financial oversight and stakeholder engagement to advance the longterm success of our housing initiatives.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Development Urban Planning or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10 years of progressive leadership in affordable housing real estate development or asset management.
  • Deep knowledge of construction management real estate finance and portfolio strategy.
  • Experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams with a strong track record of results.
  • Outstanding communication problemsolving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant technology and software in housing development and asset management.

Salary:

Annual salary is $175000 or commensurate with experience
