Description:

We are seeking a Technical Drawing Control Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the tracking coordination storage and archiving of technical drawings for UST Assets across various project types including O&M Capital and MOCs using the Electronic Document Management System (Meridian).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate receive issue track distribute and archive all technical drawing requests files and issue packages utilizing the Electronic Document Management (EDM) System for all UST O&M Capital and Core project work.
• Identify and investigate specific issues related to data quality process management or other gaps that may occur.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to convey various reports and associated summaries collecting interpreting and presenting data accordingly.
• Assist external consultants and internal groups with information standards and procedures required to complete their projects and contractual agreements as they relate to drawing control.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of drawing and drawing control standards and procedures for UST.
• Ensure the integrity of defined technical drawing and metadata quality within the EDM System.
• Provide construction and asbuilding drawing coordination and services utilizing Meridian Document control software for projects assigned to EPCs.
• Collaborate with Drawing Control Analysts and Drafters (UST Offshore & Vector) to ensure the integrity of defined technical drawing and metadata quality within the Meridian system.
• Engage in significant collaborative communication both written and verbal to achieve desired outcomes with Drawing Control Analysts and Drafting utilizing established procedures as guidance.
• Manage time and priorities effectively adapting standard practices and approaches to new tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Related Technology Diploma or a combination of related certification and 03 years of related experience.
• Basic system knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Meridian or compatible drawing management systems and oil & gas industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage time tasks and resources effectively in a deadlineoriented customer service environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve technical and analytical problems with minimal supervision.
• Selfmotivated independent innovative responsible and a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative.
