Senior Architectural Technician in Colchester
I am looking for an Architectural Technician to join a dynamic and collaborative practice. They are based in Colchester and they have a variedportfolio including residential commercial and mixeduse projects.
About the Role:
They are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician with 510 years of experience ideally in the residential or commercial sectors. This is a technical role and you will be responsible for:
- Design development on various projects collaborating with team members.
- Working on RIBA Stages 45 ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Applying UK Building Regulations effectively in project .
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Experience working on technical design and detailing.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a closeknit team.
Salary is based on experience and ability but is expected to be between 40000.
