MGR Human Resources
The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HR department. In this dynamic role you will manage talent acquisition lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires provide expert HR guidance and oversee HR processing. Additionally you will supervise coach and mentor staff to foster professional development and ensure high performance. You will also support strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening our organizational culture enhancing communication and improving recruitment and retention efforts.

Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:Experience in human resources management with a demonstrated track record of taking on increasingly responsible roles within an organization.
Knowledge: Possess an indepth understanding of HR principles and compliance regulations particularly within the context of UF ensuring all HR activities align with legal standards and industry best practices.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively with a focus on coaching and developing team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills facilitating clear and effective interaction with employees management and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
ProblemSolving and Conflict Resolution: Exceptional skills in identifying issues analyzing problems and developing solutions to resolve conflicts and improve HR processes.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving organizational priorities working environments and business needs ensuring continued HR effectiveness.
Political Savvy: Skilled in navigating organizational dynamics and building strategic alliances to effectively influence outcomes and drive HR initiatives.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking abilities enabling the anticipation of future trends setting of longterm objectives and development of actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.
This position is open to current UF employees only.
This is primarily an oncampus position with opportunities for remote work occasionally available following a successful onboarding period.
