Job Description
Water Specialist
***$2000 Signing Bonus***
Are youhighly motivated confident energetic and have a positive attitude Well you may be what were looking for. Here at Kaats Water Conditioning Inc. dba Culligan we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative at our Grand Rapids location. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Specific Job Duties
- Follow up on leads
- Follow up on selfgenerated leads
- Follow ethical procedures related to inhome sales presentations
- Provide a daily schedule of selfgenerated lead activity to the sales manager
- Maintain current customer relationships as well as build new ones
- Followup on companygenerated leads

Job Requirements
Looking for a highly motivated and confident individual. Prior outside sales experience with a successful record of closing be a selfstarter with initiative and intuition and be able to produce selfgenerated sales each month.
Specific Job Requirements
- 1 years sales experience preferred but not required
- Dependable vehicle valid drivers license and car insurance
- Basic computer knowledge
- Skill and ability to work well with customers
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication
- Great presentation skills
- Exceptional work ethic
- A driven selfstarter
- A high degree of honesty and integrity
- Professional appearance and demeanor
