Why be a PR Manager at THG Beauty
As globally recognised skincare and haircare entities THG Beauty Brands are looking for a talented and highly experienced PR Manager to lead impactful campaigns that elevate both brands visibility and drive consumer engagement. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for shaping International Press strategies and budgets media outreach managing relationships with key premium titles and disruptive brand activations ensuring our stories resonate with audiences and stakeholders alike.
As a PR Manager youll:
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders to design and implement PR strategies aligned with goals including new store openings exclusive brand launches and seasonal activations.
- Storytelling identify and create compelling angles that drive coverage in target publications.
- Grow brand awareness and reach amongst targeted audiences through a comprehensive PR plan and outreach.
- Orchestrate high profile experiential events.
- Management of campaign and activity calendars planning budgets and of projects such as press and launch events press mailers and sample sends.
- Build on existing relationships with key national and industry publications broadcast and other channels to promote the brand working with larger PR team to constantly build stronger media relationships
- Carry out press office activities including but not limited to: creating press releases submitting award submissions and attending press appointments.
- Strong understanding of the beauty/wellness industry including an awareness of brand competitor landscape and trends within the beauty world.
- Tracking and reporting responsible for the measurement and reporting of PR activity hitting KPIs set by Senior Manager. Results driven and detail orientated with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Responsible for analysing results as well as competitor activities (where necessary) via platforms we have access to (e.g. Roxhill SEO Clarity Pulsar etc).
What skills and experience do I need for this role
- Extensive experience in communications including PR strategy events management and partnership . At least 3 years of experience.
- Well networked with key press contacts.
- Results driven and detail orientated with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Excellent communication skills storytelling and writing skills with proven strong attention to detail & ability to adapt to brands tone of voice.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels internally but also externally in the form of media on a global scale.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work crossfunctionally across teams to ensure alignment and connectivity
- Excellent time management organization skills and ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Creative and innovative. A disruptive outofthebox approach consistently seeking innovative ways to engage audiences.
- Proactive dynamic and flexible mindset in a highgrowth environment.
- Honest with great integrity and a good team player.
- Begins to think strategically on an annual basis and not just a monthly.
- Accountable can run a full campaign or project with minor oversight from Senior leaders.
