Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team at eZone Staffing LLC. As a Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for identifying attracting and evaluating talent for various job positions. This is a Junior level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad Telangana India and is a FullTime employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting highquality candidates.
- Familiarity with US IT recruitment and non IT recruitment processes.
- Experience in coordinating with direct clients and understanding their specific requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Any Graduate would be preferred by related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific job positions.
- Conduct screening interviews and assessments to assess candidate skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create customized sourcing strategies.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate and uptodate information on candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
