Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Salesforce & CPQ
Skills Genpact LLC seeks Business Analyst Salesforce & CPQ in Richardson TX to be responsible for the design development testing optimization and maintenance of the full range of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solutions including the analysis design development and deployment of BI data models metadata files dashboards and reports using Salesforce. Collaborate with the Salesforce architecture and data analyst team to understand the business requirements and translate them into formal requirements and design documents establish specific solutions and lead the efforts including programming and testing. Demonstrate and showcase new ideas with proof of concept using Salesforce to the architectural team for verification and incorporate such ideas into solutioning detailed technical design and implementation. Tune reports loaders table design indexes and stored procedures to deliver the required performance. Leverage Salesforce Sales Salesforce Service CPQ and Salesforce community cloud knowledge. Coordinate with Salesforce feature production deployment and postproduction support. Scan application logs for any errors and warnings in the production environment. Maintain the Selenium automation suite for Salesforce service cloud features and functionality for biotech. Rewrite or fix the code to resolve the issue and deploy a hotfix to the production environment based on root cause analysis. Develop and maintain ETL processes that meet the projectspecific business and technical requirements as well as those of the overall enterprise data warehouse data integration portfolio. Guide and mentor client organizations with best practices in report and dashboard design and development. Assist in the ongoing development of technical best practices for data movement data quality data cleansing and other ETLrelated activities. Facilitate the development of a corporate data policy that outlines the appropriate data stewardship and data audit requirements as well as the servicelevel agreements to support the appropriate quality and use of information in business and IT processes.
Education Position requires a Masters degree in an Engineering (all) Computer Science Technology Business Administration or related field and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively a Bachelors degree in an Engineering (all) Computer Science Technology Business Administration or related field and five 5 years of progressively responsible postBachelors degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 15 of travel required.
