Description

You are passionate about delivering solutions to clients and have experience in relationship management within payments.

As a Business Development Specialist within our Merchant Services team you will be a strategic thinker passionate about delivering payment solutions to clients. You will leverage your experience in relationship management within Payments to sell our services to both new and existing clients. This role provides an opportunity to communicate with key decisionmakers at various levels and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be crucial in this fastpaced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Selling payment solutions services to both new and existing clients through both inbound and outbound communication
  • Qualifying both cold & warm sales leads through making 40 50 outbound calls per day
  • Communicatingboth verbally and in writing with key decisionmakers at a variety of levels (Small to Midsize business owners CEOs etc.)toevaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio in a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads
  • Staying abreast of companys products solutions and services to aid in product development based on client needs
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline with detailed and accurate electronic records and other administrative duties as required
  • Delivering excellent follow up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction both pre and postsale
  • Operate between multiple software and platforms to deliver the optimal solution based on client needs

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 2 plus years of sales experience and/or Bachelor/Associate degree
  • Strong telesales ability written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills ability to multi task and function successfully in a fastpaced environment
  • Focused and detailoriented
  • Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel Good work ethic/positive attitude and easy to get along / work with

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Merchant Services or Banking Industry experience
