Are you a bilingual leader with experience in manufacturing supervision Were hiring a Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead and motivate production teams in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of production team leaders and associates
- Develop and implement associate training plans to improve skills and teamwork
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment (5S safety-first culture)
- Ensure production goals are met including quality delivery cost and efficiency
- Monitor and reduce process rejects and scrap through root cause analysis and Kaizen
- Promote a positive work environment and resolve performance issues through coaching

Enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently
- Support production flow and accuracy using KANBAN and standardized work systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with other departments and international coordinators as needed
- Ensure on-time delivery and proper packaging to meet customer requirements
Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Required
- 35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Associates or Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training and relevant experience

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of Lean Kaizen and visual management systems is a plus
