Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT and a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset a deep understanding of IT products and services and the ability to build long-term relationships with business clients. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities managing the sales cycle and contributing to the companys growth in the technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients partners and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions products or services.
  • Prepare and present proposals pricing quotes and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to align solutions with client expectations.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipelines and client communications via CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at industry events webinars and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions services and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Zoho).
  • Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with software development teams SaaS products or system integrators.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation solutions cloud services or enterprise software.
