MARKETING SPECIALIST Residential Estate Agency
Location: Woking GU21
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist within a Woking based award winning estate agency.
This is a very varied role which covers all aspects of marketing. You will be responsible for but not limited to; developing designing and distributing marketing campaigns ensuring all the companys social media profiles and property portals are up to date.
You will be collecting data and preparing marketing statistics throughout the year and helping to come up with new initiatives. For this role you will need to be outgoing creative passionate and energetic as well as having experience in a similar role.
The Company: Our client is an energetic market leading independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Surrey area
Skills required for this Marketing Specialist (Estate Agent) role will include:
