The Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking applicants for the position of Associate Director to focus on fundraising including outreach events and initiatives in the Geneva area and other French speaking regions of Switzerland. This fulltime position will be based in our Geneva office and will report to the Geneva Director in the Development and Outreach Department.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid setting spending 23 days per week in the Geneva office depending on tax status.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelors degree in international relations social sciences communications/marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of donor or volunteer management philanthropy or fundraising experience and demonstrated success in managing largescale events is required.
