Job Title:Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive Customer Retention Marketing

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented professional to join our marketing team as an Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive for Customer Retention Marketing role. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer retention strategies. This role involves creating and implementing campaigns to retain existing customers enhance customer experience and loyalty and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute customer retention marketing strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify patterns preferences and behaviors leveraging insights to optimize retention campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product sales and customer support to align strategies and improve overall customer experience.
  4. Create targeted and personalized communication campaigns through various channels including email WhatsApp SMS and inapp messaging. Implement strategies that effectively reach and engage customers across these various channels.
  5. Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
  6. Utilize marketing automation tools to set up and manage triggered campaigns based on customer behavior and engagement.
  7. Collaborate with the data analytics team to measure and report on key performance indicators related to customer retention.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in customer retention marketing.
Qualifications:
  1. Master/ Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  2. Proven experience34 years)in customer retention marketing with a focus on driving customer loyalty and reducing churn.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Clever Tap.
  6. Resultsdriven mindset with a commitment to achieving retention and revenue goals.
  7. Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to develop innovative retention campaigns.
