Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This position involves liaising with vendors reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
