Responsibilities:
- Monitor interpret and implement applicable laws regulations and standards including:
- Healthcare laws (e.g. Federal Ministry of Health NHREC NAFDAC Medical and Dental Council guidelines)
- ICT and Data Protection (e.g. Nigeria Data Protection Act NDPC NITDA NCC regulations)
- Tax and Corporate Law (e.g. FIRS CAMA CBN guidelines)
- International standards (e.g. HIPAA ISO/IEC 27001 GDPR where applicable)
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of regulatory developments and ensure prompt implementation of changes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS).
- Establish internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance across departments.
- Lead the integration of compliancebydesign principles into all products processes and partnerships.
- Conduct internal audits and regulatory readiness assessments.
- Identify assess and monitor compliance risks documenting and managing a company wide risk register.
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations or incidents implement corrective actions and escalate where necessary.
- Design and deliver targeted compliance training programs and onboarding for new employees.
- Promote a culture of integrity accountability and awareness of legal responsibilities.
- Advise executive leadership and departments (Engineering Finance Sales HR
- Cybersecurity) on regulatory implications of business operations new initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Review and approve contracts MOUs vendor agreements and datasharing arrangements from a compliance perspective.
- Prepare statutory reports filings and disclosures for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Represent Rednoxx in engagements with regulators auditors and legal consultants.
- Coordinate licensing permits and compliancerelated documentation for business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Law Business Administration Public Policy Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a compliance legal or regulatory affairs role preferably in healthcare ICT fintech or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks and familiarity with international standards.
Preferred Certifications (one or more):
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
- Certified HIPAA Professional
- Certified Data Protection Officer (NDPCrecognized)
Skills & Competencies:
- Indepth understanding of crosssector compliance issues (health ICT tax corporate).
- Strong problemsolving risk evaluation and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication report writing and policy drafting.
- High personal integrity and sound professional judgment.
- Comfortable with digital systems databases and enterprise software platforms.
