The successful candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between employees and management fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to healthcare industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Enforce compliance with employee handbook.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR policies job descriptions and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws NDPR and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Organize training and professional development programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Required: 3 5 years in Recruitment Onboarding/Offboarding Payroll Management Policy Implementation Conflict Management.
- Skilled in conflict management and organizational restructuring.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws NDPR and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
