About the Role

Charlie Health is one of the fastestgrowing startups in the healthcare industry working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to lifesaving mental health treatment. Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product partners and patients better than anyone. In this role youll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated wholeheartedly to our mission.

Youll build relationships with clinical partners across superregions and provide muchneeded resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. Responsibilities

  • Create build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority superregions via phone email and other relevant communication channels
  • Lead meetings with patients parents and providers to uncover needs address barriers to treatment and cement community partnerships
  • Activate new accounts by identifying potential referral sources and ensuring their successful onboarding and integration into our network
  • Deepen Charlie Healths penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead various demonstration meetings marketing presentations and networking events via Zoom
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners patients and stakeholders to inform goforward marketing and product strategies
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing product client success and legal to deliver on GTM goals

Requirements

  • Must be located in Southern Illinois
  • Must be fluent in English
  • You have 2 years proven sales experience owning & overachieving KPIs
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and proactive lead generation
  • Strong interpersonal relationshipbuilding and listening skills with a natural consultative style
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fastpaced fluid environment
  • Ability to energize advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65000 and $70000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation this role offers a target performancebased bonus. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
