We are looking someone with a diverse skill set who has the ability to identify market opportunities for a variety of services an event venue business consulting services and landscaping services.

What youll get to do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial nonprofit educational and private sectors
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients
Represent the organization at industry events networking and pre-bid meetings
Prepare detailed proposals negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to enhance sales approaches
What will make you successful:
Bachelors degree preferred in business marketing communications or related field
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in professional services events consulting or similar industries
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences including executives and community leaders
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passionate about community transformation and social impact
