Job Description
Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Worle Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: Up to 53725.86 (including bonuses)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young People aged 817 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in residential childrens care 1 year supervising/managing care staff

Location: Rural setting in Worle Weston-Super-Mare
Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE
Ofsted Rating: New Service To Be Registered
Ratio of Staff to Children: 9 staff team

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to delivering high-quality care that transforms the lives of children and young people. You will have the ability to lead and develop a team provide a nurturing and safe environment and work towards outstanding outcomes. A strong understanding of legislation inspection requirements and safeguarding is essential.
