Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a settled team in a wellestablished childrens home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare leadership skills and a passion for supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager ensuring high standards of care and leading a team of committed professionals.
