You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) is an innovative and evidencedbased case management service for people experiencing longterm homelessness in Central Highlands Victoria.
This program differs from other homelessness services as it provides the time needed for people to access their permanent homes and have an improved quality of life and increased community connection.
As the Workforce Participation Worker you will provide long term case management and service coordination with low individual caseloads who have experienced chronic homelessness.
In this role you will work to ensure that the service provided is supportive and effective in achieving client educational volunteer employment and social inclusion goals and program outcomes.
