Job Description

Are you fluent in Croatian and Slovenian and have a passion for providing excellent customer support We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy solving problems have strong communication skills and have a customerfocused mindset this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls emails and chats to assist customers by resolving their queries or providing information about product features.
  • Managing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to strong client retention.
  • Identifying logging confirming and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Actively suggesting improvements to enhance workflows and service quality.
  • Following established procedures and internal guidelines.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and documenting interactions.
  • Reporting recurring issues to the support team for further investigation or escalation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Native or fluent in Croatian and Slovenian (spoken and written) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Motivated enthusiastic and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Solid numerical reasoning and problemsolving abilities.
