Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee endtoend supply chain activities including procurement vendor management logistics and inventory control.
- Lead Vendor Development initiatives to establish longterm relationships and ensure consistent quality and costeffective sourcing.
- Manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) planning budgeting and investments for the supply chain function.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Ensure timely and accurate material planning and supply chain synchronization to meet production and business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Production Quality Procurement) to optimize supply chain processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs and take corrective actions to optimize supply chain performance.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Indepth experience in vendor development and sourcing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and TPM practices.
- Experience with Capex management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
