At Watson Woodhouse & Macks Solicitors we are a well established and respected conveyancing department committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As we continue to grow we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic team. Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a New Business Support Administrator. This key role will involve managing new client enquiries opening and maintaining client files and providing general adhoc secretarial support to our conveyancing team. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries either via phone email or in person. Provide a professional and welcoming experience for potential clients
  • Accurately open new client files ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained processed and properly stored in line with the departments procedures
  • Provide adhoc secretarial duties including managing calendars scheduling appointments and assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist with managing and responding to client queries maintaining regular communication and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed including data entry filing and document management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role ideally within conveyancing is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and professional approach to work with a strong clientfocused attitude
