Macintosh Specialist
Description
Macintosh Specialist will respond to trouble tickets and play in integral role in a corporate wide upgrade to OS X for approximately 1000 Macintosh users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting resolving and logging customer problems as well as assisting with the deployment of new systems and technologies at the firm. The candidate should have a expert knowledge of the Macintosh platform. Strong knowledge with several of the following is desirable: Quark Publishing System Quark Xpress Photoshop Dreamweaver and other multimedia products.
Requirements
The candidate must have strong interpersonal and writing skills an ability to prioritize and work under pressure and a customeroriented service approach. Strong analytic and problemsolving abilities are essential. S/he must be highly motivated responsible and hard working. Must have at least two to five years of Mac environment support experience.
