Main Purpose of Job: The role of the Management trainee Sales is to promote and sell company products by demonstrating their advanced technical functions uses and benefits. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential customers building relationships and ensuring sales are met. Key Responsibilities: Undergo comprehensive training on company products including packaging machinery functionalities applications and benefits. Develop expertise in sales processes including lead generation customer handling and closing deals. Conduct mock roleplays and participate in realworld sales interactions posttraining. Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell packaging machinery. Travel to customer locations give demonstrations and explain technical features. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide aftersales support. Participate in industry exhibitions conferences and networking events to expand market reach. Submit training reports and track learning progress. Achieve the milestone of selling at least one machine after completing the training phase. Key Skills: Strong interest in sales. Good communication skills (English & Regional language; Hindi added advantage). Basic computer and MS Office skills. Presentation skills and problemsolving abilities. Professional and friendly demeanor. Qualifications: MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Degree/Diploma in Printing/Packaging Technology (preferred). Freshers or up to 1 year of experience. Note: Travel will be required as part of the role.
