Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s longterm growth objectives.
Provide strategic guidance and financial insights to the CEO and senior management for key business decisions.
Drive financial planning forecasting and risk assessment for large turnkey projects and manufacturing operations.
Guide and mentor the finance & accounting team ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
Oversee the financial management of largescale projects ensuring profitability and cost control.
Handle turnkey project financing including working capital optimization and project funding.
Lead project costing pricing strategy and bid preparation for government and private sector contracts.
Track financial performance across projects and drive efficiency improvements.
Manage and oversee government bid submissions ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to evaluate financial feasibility and risk mitigation for public sector contracts.
Ensure adherence to government procurement norms and contract obligations.
Develop and manage cash flow projections to ensure liquidity for operations and capital expenditures.
Optimize working capital cycles monitoring receivables payables and inventory management.
Secure and manage funding sources including bank financing debt structuring and investor relations.
Oversee financial controls internal audits and risk management to safeguard company assets.
Implement strong financial reporting systems ensuring accurate MIS dashboards and analytics for decisionmaking.
Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws GST IFRS and other applicable financial regulations.
Engage in key customer and vendor discussions/negotiations ensuring favorable financial terms.
Support business development teams in evaluating new projects acquisitions and joint ventures.
Liaise with banks investors and regulatory bodies for financial structuring and approvals.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) MBA Finance CFA or equivalent financial qualification.
15 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
Proven track record in handling largescale projects and manufacturing businesses.
Experience in government bidding cash flow management and stakeholder negotiations.
Strong expertise in financial modeling risk assessment and strategic planning.
